Do you ever have a week when you just feel totally minging everyday! Well I have devised 4 tips to make yourself feel better.

1) Go shopping on your lunch break and buy a new pair of boots for the weekend

2) Go to a yoga class in the evening

3) Book a hair appointment, it will make you feel lighter

4) Drink 2 litres of water with lemon
