What I did with my Aubergine last night!

Well I have to say I even impressed myself last night with my aubergine experiment. It was so tasty and it’s so easy and looks a bit professional! I just love aubergines! So I basically just cut the auber in half, make 4 slits on the auber and then drizzle in olive oil. Put it in the oven for like 25-30 minutes at 200′. Chop small tomatoes and halloumi into small pieces and shove those into the auber. Then put it back in the oven for another 10-15. Truly DIVINE! I had no garlic but if I did, I would put some of that on these bad boy aubergines. Aubers forever!
