So I was struggling with things to eat for breakfast that contained no sugar so decided to give the granola a shot after read it on Sarah Wilson’s blog. I also activated my nuts before I made the granola. This involves soaking the nuts overnight in water and salt and then drying them in the oven for 12-24 hours. This was a mission but so worth it as it’s meant to be better for your digestion.
Once I finished activating my nuts, I then mixed all the ingredients with chia seeds and coconut oil and cinnamon powder and then put them in the oven for 20 minutes. Then voila, you have home made sugar free granola!
And then this was my bowl this morning! I mean it’s even tasty just without milk at anytime of the day!
