As much as I love a good run, I decided to shake things up a bit. Instead of running a few evenings a week, I’ve decided to embrace the local Wimbo gym and their classes. I tried one out last night which was called Bollywood aerobics. It was actually quite hilarious. I had no idea what I was doing so just bounced around the room for an hour! I like the fact that nobody actually really cares what you’re doing so it’s a good way to exercise and not really feel like you are!
In the meantime, I’ll continue to Bollywood my way through the week! If nothing else, it’s highly entertaining, shakes up religious running and you get to burn calories …even if your coordination skills are truly shocking!
