I honestly can’t stop eating it, it’s so tasty! It’s a complete protein and so satisfying and healthy and filling and fluffy and just generally amazing. I could eat it forever and ever! I have it for lunch these days and I just never get bored! It’s so versatile too!
How to cook?
Get a cup of quinoa and add it to a pot on high heat with some coconut oil! Once you hear it pop like popcorn (after 3-4 minutes on a high heat), add two cups of water and then simmer for 20 minutes. You’ll then have perfect quinoa. I know I’ve only blogged about this recently but I’m honestly too obsessed with the stuff not to!
