So I’ve decided to be healthy this January and stop eating things that I know are bad for me! And I’ve discovered you can eat the nicest things ever all guilt free! I started at the weekend making raw chocolate healthy brownies from The Healthy Bluebirds blog which contain banana, dates, pecan nuts and a few other healthy things! I also made a sweet potato and coconut califlower curry from the Healthy Bluebird blog too and it’s the tastiest nicest thing I’ve tasted in a while! Sensational! Everyone needs to try these bad boys. They’re DIVINE! Healthy and really filling too! I poured some coconut milk over mine but also had some natural yogurt with it too! I used an empty GU ramekin (that I previously ate in the olden days of 2014) to make my brown rice look OH so fancy on my plate!!! Go forth and conquer your kithcen hob!
