The buzz surrounding her blend of fitness disciplines continues to grow so it was a pleasure to sit down for a chat with her. She explained where her passion for fitness comes from, how she manages to juggle her growing business with looking after three children and shares some exciting news about her newest venture.

exciting plans for The Malt House this year.

The New Covent Garden flower market, which dates all the way back to 1670, has made an historic move after 43 years and relocated to a new venue in Battersea. I spoke with one of the long-time traders, John Hardcastle, to find out how they are settling in (page 10). And last but not least, if you’re planning a staycation this summer, don’t miss our recommendations for the best beaches in the UK. Complete with stunning views and stellar fish and chips! All is revealed on page 38.
Have a wonderful June.
